Let me tell you what a pleasure it was to go to this office and meet these wonderful people. Joanna greeted us at the door and gave us that down home feeling while we waited for an agent to take our information. We sat down with Destinee Cozart, Account Manager, and let me tell you, Destinee is incredible! She took our information and in minutes, she gave us our quote saving us money and putting a smile on our faces. She is truly a professional and Mr. Davis should be extremely happy that he has her. After we received our quote, we talked a bit about family and our fur babies. To listen to Destinee talk about the love she has for her Mother and her beautiful children, will definitely bring a tear to your eye. "I was switched to Jeff Davis agency because my former agent had passed away. I don't live in or near Blairsville so I don't know why I was sent there to start with. When I called to switch back to a Blue Ridge agent that I specifically asked for they told me that State Farm Headquarters wouldn't allow them to send anymore people to that agent, that they could send me to another agent in Blue Ridge, who they had trained. First of all I know personally know the Agent I was wanting to switch back to and secondly the customer should be allowed to take their business where every they decide.
